With the shortened NBA season about to go into full swing, players will finally be welcomed back to once again work out at team training facilities.
Having been since locked out of these facilities during the so called prolonged off-season, members of the Knicks were forced to find other training venues in order to stay in shape these last few months.
But what about the rest of the Knicks? It’s well known that team captain Amar’e Stoudemire was attempting to get a STAT camp underway with his teammates, but with training camp nearly just a week away, his plans were since cancelled.
In any event, my good friend Seth over at “Posting & Toasting” has decided to feed everyone’s curiosities, providing a roll call of sorts for the members of the New York Knicks. Where have they all been during the lockout? How are they staying in shape? With the lockout still technically not lifted, teams officials are not permitted to attend and/or schedule any workouts with players just yet. Any and all workouts by players must be voluntary, but at the very least, at least they all have a training center to call “home-base” once again.
